Jay d rae is a tas cofounder, public speaker and DE&I educator and consultant working primarily in creating trans and gender non-conforming affirming workplace and community spaces.

Jay’s twelve years experience volunteering for environmental and social causes supply him with a rich bank of practice in leading teams to create positive change in their immediate surroundings.

He is proud to represent Trans Affirming Spaces at New Seasons Market, Squarespace PDX and NYC, OHSU, SAIF Corp, the Circus Project, Portland Opera, Our House, Oregon Food Bank, and many of their community partners.
